Mass Meeting of the Falls Church City Members of the Republican Party of Virginia

March 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM (EDT)

As Chairman of the Falls Church City Republican Committee (“FCCRC”) of the Republican Party of Virginia and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Unit Committee, I, Kevin O’Keefe, do hereby issue this Call for a Mass Meeting to be held at Mary Riley Styles Public Library, 120 N Virginia Ave, Falls Church, VA 22046, or its alternate site, starting at 2:00 PM for the following purposes:

  1. Electing a Unit Chairman;
  2. Electing Members of the FCCRC

Qualifications for Participation

All citizens of the United States who are legal and qualified voters of Falls Church City under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, regardless of race, religion, national origin or sex, who are in accord with the principles of the Republican Party, and who, if requested, express in open meeting either orally or in writing as may be required their intent to support all of its nominees for public office in the ensuing election may participate as members of the Republican Party of Virginia in its mass meetings, party canvasses, conventions, or primaries encompassing their respective election districts.

Filing Requirements

Candidates for election as Unit Chair must agree to be a member of FCCRC and file a written statement that they are seeking to be elected as Unit Chair with Kevin O’Keefe at chair@fallschurchgop.org by March 15, 2026.

Candidates for election to membership of FCCRC must file a written statement on the

official filing form, which is available on the FCCRC website at https://fallschurchgop.org/ and shall include with the official filing form a check or evidence of payment of the applicable filing fees as set forth on the official filing form. Filing will be accepted by mail (P.O. Box 234, Falls Church, VA 22046) or physical delivery (contact Kevin O’Keefe by e-mail at chair@fallschurchgop.org for instructions if by physical delivery) if received with the fee or fees listed on the official filing form by 5:00

PM (EDT) on March 15, 2026; postmarks shall not govern.

All checks should be made payable to Falls Church City Republican Committee.

As permitted by the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) Party Plan, FCCRC waived by a two-thirds (2/3) vote the Plan’s requirement that this call be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Falls Church City.

Cancellation

If not more than the number of persons to be nominated or elected shall file for any office, then such properly filed persons shall be declared nominated or elected as the case may be, and no election will occur for that office. Should all elections be cancelled, the Mass Meeting will also be cancelled.
